Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
- You can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
- Login to your account and go to the ‘My Orders’ section. Click on the ‘Cancel’ button for the respective order.
- Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. Users can reject courier delivery.
- When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
- You can ask for a refund against any of your products within 7 days of its date of delivery.
- To raise a refund request, please drop us an email at Customer.firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order and return details.
- All refunds will be credited to the same account from which the account was paid. within 24hrs after the product is received at our Warehouse.
- After we receive the package and perform all the necessary quality checks, we will refund the product amount to the same account from which the account was paid.
